Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICY – PLEASE READ By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. ----------------------------- Booking Information Please enter the correct phone number and email address when scheduling your appointment. If we are unable to contact you prior to your appointment, it may be canceled. Any appointments paid at the time of booking are NON-REFUNDABLE. ----------------------------- Deposits Some services require a deposit (minimum $25 and up). All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if you: No-show your appointment Cancel within 72 hours of your appointment Arrive 15 minutes or more late without notice ----------------------------- Same-Day Appointments Same-day appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Any additional fees will be collected at the end of the service. ----------------------------- Late Booking Service Charge Appointments scheduled for 7:00 PM or later will incur a $38 Late Booking Service Charge. This fee must be paid before the start of your appointment. Failure to satisfy this charge may result in delay, rescheduling, or cancellation of your service. ----------------------------- Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment. If canceled properly, you may reschedule within one week. After one week, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Clients who cancel more than two times may no longer be allowed to book future appointments. ----------------------------- Late & No-Show Policy Please arrive on time. 15 minutes late: $25 late fee may apply. 15 minutes late without notice: appointment may require rescheduling and deposit will be forfeited. 30 minutes late: $50 late fee and appointment may need to be rescheduled. No-shows: all deposits are forfeited. ----------------------------- Service Refusal Stylists reserve the right to refuse service to protect the integrity of the client’s hair or if the hair has been altered and cannot be corrected. Service may also be refused if a client is uncooperative or disrespectful. Health Notice Masks are optional unless otherwise notified. ----------------------------- Refund Policy NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS, unless the appointment is canceled by the stylist through no fault of the client. ----------------------------- Retail Products / Clothing All sales are final. Used products cannot be returned. ----------------------------- Pricing All prices and services are subject to change without notice.
