APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

By booking an appointment with Nue Image Beauty Shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all policies outlined below.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Please provide a valid phone number and email address when scheduling your appointment. These details may be used to contact you regarding your appointment, confirmations, reminders, or other important information.

If we are unable to contact you when necessary, your appointment may be canceled.

All payments made at the time of booking are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please review your selected service, date, time, and any applicable fees carefully before completing your booking.

DEPOSITS

Certain services require a minimum $25 deposit or a higher deposit amount, depending on the service selected.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if you:

• No-show your appointment

• Cancel within 72 hours of your appointment

• Arrive 15 minutes or more late without notice

Once a deposit has been forfeited, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another appointment.

SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS

Appointments booked on the same day as the requested service require FULL SERVICE PAYMENT at the time of booking.

Your appointment is not considered confirmed until full payment has been received.

Same-day payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Any additional fees or charges that are not included in the original service price will be collected at the end of the appointment.

LATE BOOKING SERVICE CHARGE

Appointments scheduled for 7:00 PM or later are subject to a $38 Late Booking Service Charge.

This fee must be paid before the start of your appointment.

Failure to pay the required Late Booking Service Charge may result in your appointment being delayed, rescheduled, or canceled.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that things happen. However, appointments are reserved specifically for you, and adequate notice allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another client.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.

When an appointment is canceled within the required timeframe, you may reschedule within one week.

If you do not reschedule within one week, your deposit will become NON-REFUNDABLE and will be forfeited.

Clients who cancel appointments more than two times may lose the ability to book future appointments with Nue Image Beauty Shop.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your service and may affect your ability to receive the full service requested.

15 MINUTES LATE

A $25 late fee may apply.

15 MINUTES LATE WITHOUT NOTICE

Your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

30 MINUTES LATE

A $50 late fee will apply, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

If your appointment must be rescheduled because of excessive lateness, all applicable cancellation and deposit policies remain in effect.

NO-SHOW POLICY

A no-show is considered a failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without proper cancellation or communication.

No-shows will result in the forfeiture of all deposits or payments associated with the appointment.

Repeated no-shows may result in the client being unable to book future appointments.

SERVICE REFUSAL

Nue Image Beauty Shop and its stylists reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service when necessary to protect the health, safety, condition, or integrity of the client's hair.

Service may be refused when:

• The client's hair has been previously altered or chemically treated in a way that prevents the requested service from being safely performed.

• The requested service could cause significant damage to the client's hair.

• The client's hair condition is not suitable for the requested service.

• A client is uncooperative or refuses to follow reasonable service instructions.

• A client is disrespectful, abusive, threatening, or disruptive toward staff.

Our priority is always to provide quality services while protecting the integrity of your hair and maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

HEALTH & SAFETY NOTICE

Masks are optional unless otherwise communicated by Nue Image Beauty Shop.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any relevant concerns or circumstances that may affect their appointment or service before arriving.

REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS, unless the appointment or service is canceled by Nue Image Beauty Shop through no fault of the client.

Payments, deposits, same-day booking payments, and applicable booking fees are non-refundable when the client violates the applicable booking, cancellation, lateness, or no-show policies.

RETAIL PRODUCTS & CLOTHING

All retail products and clothing purchases are FINAL SALE.

Used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please inspect your items carefully before leaving the store.

PRICING

All service prices, retail prices, fees, and policies are subject to change without notice.

Prices displayed at the time of booking or purchase are the applicable prices unless otherwise communicated by Nue Image Beauty Shop.

Additional charges may apply for services requiring additional time, products, materials, length, density, or other accommodations not included in the original service price.

By booking an appointment with Nue Image Beauty Shop, you confirm that you have:

• Read and understood the appointment policies

• Reviewed your selected service and appointment details

• Provided accurate contact information

• Agreed to the applicable payment and deposit requirements

• Agreed to the cancellation, lateness, and no-show policies

• Agreed to the refund and service refusal policies
